  Local assemblies

            This is the lowest level of governance in the Federation, a local assembly will typically represent a community of people and is responsible for welfare and representation of the people in that community. Local assemblies deal with issues such as keeping an inventory of goods, assessing the health and well being of its citizens, and for any other needs. They are also charged to acting where they can to solve problems in these communities. This level of governance is very broad in method, depending mostly upon the community’s own preferences.
