Power structure of the Federation |

The Federation is an interstellar culture of
tens of billions of citizens, these kind of scales of size and distance
have led to a form of governing which unites the people together whilst
allowing a degree of autonomy across the vast distances. Each race in the Federation has developed with different methods of governance, and the Federation builds upon these existing methods to unite these people together. Though the lower levels of authority are pretty much unique to each race, and even to certain territories the higher levels are authority are the same.
